クリンバゾール
クリンバゾールは、獣医皮膚科において**マラセチア**皮膚炎や皮膚糸状菌症の治療に、クロルヘキシジンと組み合わせて頻繁に使用される局所用イミダゾール系抗真菌薬です。 > **臨床のポイント：** 局所的または軽度の表面酵母感染には非常に有効ですが、全身性または重度の症例では、全身性抗真菌薬の併用が必要になることがよくあります。クリンバゾールとクロルヘキシジンの相乗効果により、二次性細菌性膿皮症および酵母の異常増殖に対して優れた広域スペクトルを提供します。
作用機序: Climbazole inhibits **cytochrome P450-dependent 14-alpha-demethylase** → blocks the synthesis of **ergosterol** in fungal cell membranes → causes increased cell wall permeability → allows leakage of cellular contents, ultimately leading to fungal cell death.

- Dermatophyte and Malassezia skin infections · May be applied daily-weekly · topical · daily to weekly · Until clinical resolution · For shampoo formulations 5-10 minutes contact time is required. Additional systemic antifungal treatment may be required in generalized cases.

過量投与
Systemic overdose is highly unlikely due to the topical route of administration. Accidental ingestion of shampoos or wipes may cause mild, self-limiting gastrointestinal upset (hypersalivation, vomiting, diarrhea).
