エニルコナゾール
抗真菌薬（イミダゾール系）
**エニルコナゾール**は、主に獣医療において皮膚糸状菌症（白癬）の局所治療に使用される広域スペクトルのイミダゾール系抗真菌薬です。 **臨床のポイント：** *Microsporum canis*、*Microsporum gypseum*、*Trichophyton mentagrophytes*などの一般的な獣医領域の皮膚糸状菌に対して高い有効性を示します。通常、濃縮液として提供され、使用前に希釈して洗浄または薬浴として適用する必要があります。
作用機序: Inhibition of **cytochrome P450-dependent** synthesis of **ergosterol** in fungal cells → increased cell wall permeability → leakage of cellular contents → fungal cell death.

禁忌
- Known hypersensitivity to enilconazole or other imidazoles
有害事象
- Mild skin irritation (rare)
- Hypersalivation or vomiting if ingested
モニタリング
- Resolution of skin lesions
- Negative fungal cultures (typically 2 consecutive negative cultures)
過量投与
Systemic toxicity is highly unlikely following topical application. Accidental ingestion of the concentrated solution may cause gastrointestinal irritation, vomiting, and hypersalivation. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
