レノグラスチム
造血剤 / コロニー刺激因子
レノグラスチムは組換えヒト顆粒球コロニー刺激因子（rhG-CSF）です。骨髄における白血球、特に顆粒球の産生を刺激するために使用されます。 **臨床のポイント：** 獣医学では、化学療法、パルボウイルス感染症、または特発性好中球減少症に関連する重度で生命を脅かす好中球減少症の治療に、適応外使用として主に使用されます。
作用機序: Activates proliferation and differentiation of **granulocyte progenitor cells** → enhances **granulopoiesis** (production of neutrophils and other granulocytes in the bone marrow).

- Known hypersensitivity to G-CSF products
- Myeloid malignancies (unless specifically indicated)

- Bone pain
- Fever
- Injection site reactions
- Splenomegaly (rare)
- Leukocytosis
モニタリング
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential
- Neutrophil count
- Body temperature
過量投与
Excessive use may lead to severe leukocytosis. Treatment is supportive and involves discontinuing the drug or reducing the dose until white blood cell counts normalize.
