ナンドロロンは注射用のアナボリックステロイド（蛋白同化ステロイド）であり、獣医療において体重増加の促進、赤血球産生の増加、衰弱した動物の食欲増進に使用されます。**臨床のポイント：** より安全な代替薬の普及やアナボリックステロイドに対する厳しい規制により、小動物臨床での使用は大きく減少しています。
作用機序: Binds to **testosterone receptors** (androgen receptors) → stimulates **protein synthesis** and promotes tissue building (anabolism). It also stimulates the production of erythropoietin, leading to increased red blood cell mass.

過量投与
