概要
ピリプロールはフェニルピラゾール系の駆寄生虫薬であり、犬のノミ感染（イヌノミ、ネコノミ）の治療および予防、ならびにマダニの予防に使用されます。スポットオン液として局所投与されます。
臨床上の警告： 猫には使用しないでください。妊娠中および授乳中の雌犬、または8週齢未満、体重2kg未満の犬に対する安全性は確立されていません。
作用機序
Pyriprole acts by interacting with ligand-gated (GABA) chloride channels, blocking the pre- and post-synaptic transfer of chloride ions → leading to hyperexcitation of the central nervous system and subsequent death of the parasites.

- Pregnant and lactating females (safety not established)
- Dogs < 8 weeks of age
- Dogs < 2 kg body weight

注意事項
Do not use on cats. Bathing is not recommended for 48 hours prior to and 24 hours after application. May be harmful to aquatic organisms; prevent access to watercourses. For large dogs, the 5 ml dose should be applied in 2-3 spots. For treatment of flea infestations, the additional use of an approved insect growth regulator is recommended.

指示に従って、スポットオン液を犬の皮膚に直接塗布してください。大型犬の場合は、2〜3箇所に分けて塗布してください。塗布前の48時間および塗布後の24時間は、犬をシャンプーしないでください。
