トラボプロスト
**トラボプロスト**は、主に獣医療において**原発性犬緑内障**の管理に使用される局所眼科用プロスタグランジンF2α関連薬です。眼圧（IOP）を急速に低下させる効果が高く、急性原発性緑内障の緊急処置にしばしば利用されます。ラタノプロストと同等の活性を持ち、炭酸脱水酵素阻害薬などの他の局所抗緑内障薬と併用されることがよくあります。 > **臨床上の警告：** ぶどう膜炎および水晶体前方脱臼の症例には禁忌ですが、水晶体亜脱臼および後方脱臼の管理には有用な場合があります。妊娠中の動物への使用は避けてください。
