개요
에닐코나졸(Enilconazole)은 수의학에서 주로 피부사상균증(백선)의 국소 치료에 사용되는 광범위 이미다졸계 항진균제입니다.
임상 진주: 개소포자균(Microsporum canis), 석고상소포자균(Microsporum gypseum), 백선균(Trichophyton mentagrophytes)과 같은 흔한 수의학적 피부사상균에 매우 효과적입니다. 일반적으로 농축액 형태로 제공되며, 사용 전 희석하여 세척제나 약욕제로 사용해야 합니다.
작용 기전
Inhibition of cytochrome P450-dependent synthesis of ergosterol in fungal cells → increased cell wall permeability → leakage of cellular contents → fungal cell death.

- Known hypersensitivity to enilconazole or other imidazoles

- Mild skin irritation (rare)
- Hypersalivation or vomiting if ingested
주의
Warning: For topical use only. Must be diluted prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes. Prevent the animal from licking the treated area until completely dry.

Poorly absorbed systemically after topical application.
분포
Remains primarily in the stratum corneum and hair follicles.

Hepatic (for the small fraction absorbed).

Feces and urine (for absorbed fraction).
과다투여
Systemic toxicity is highly unlikely following topical application. Accidental ingestion of the concentrated solution may cause gastrointestinal irritation, vomiting, and hypersalivation. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
