개요
젤라틴 기반 용액은 저혈량성 및 출혈성 쇼크를 포함한 다양한 형태의 쇼크에서 혈액량을 확장하고 유지하는 데 사용되는 합성 콜로이드입니다.
다른 합성 콜로이드(예: 히드록시에틸 전분)와의 주요 차이점은 분자량이 더 낮다는 것입니다. 결과적으로 더 빠르게 배설되며 혈장 확장 지속 시간이 훨씬 짧습니다. 항원성이나 항응고 효과는 거의 없으며 투여 후 응고나 출혈에 미치는 영향도 적습니다.

작용 기전

과다투여
