개요

​라미부딘 (Lamivudine)​(또는 3TC)은 수의학에서 주로 ​고양이 면역결핍 바이러스(FIV)​ 관리에 사용되는 항바이러스제입니다. 무증상 고양이의 경우 임상 증상 발현을 지연시킬 수 있습니다. 증상이 있는 고양이의 경우 회복을 돕기 위해 병용 요법의 일부로 자주 사용됩니다.

​임상 경고:​ 라미부딘은 골수 억제를 유발할 수 있으므로 정기적인 혈액학적 모니터링이 필수적입니다.

​임상 팁:​ 라미부딘을 지도부딘(Zidovudine)과 병용하면 지도부딘 단독 요법보다 바이러스 양을 줄이고 CD4/CD8 비율을 개선하는 데 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났습니다.

작용 기전

Lamivudine is a ​nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI)​. It acts as an analogue of cytidine. Once phosphorylated to its active triphosphate form intracellularly, it competes with natural substrates and incorporates into viral DNA. This causes chain termination → inhibits the viral reverse transcriptase enzyme → prevents viral replication.

Haematological monitoring is recommended due to the predictable risk of cytopenias.

과다투여
