개요

레노그라스팀은 재조합 인간 과립구 집락 자극 인자(rhG-CSF)입니다. 골수에서 백혈구, 특히 과립구의 생성을 자극하는 데 사용됩니다.

​임상 팁:​ 수의학에서는 화학요법, 파보바이러스 감염 또는 특발성 호중구 감소증과 관련된 중증의 생명을 위협하는 호중구 감소증을 치료하기 위해 주로 허가 외(off-label)로 사용됩니다.

작용 기전

Activates proliferation and differentiation of granulocyte progenitor cells → enhances granulopoiesis (production of neutrophils and other granulocytes in the bone marrow).

  • Myeloid malignancies (unless specifically indicated)

주의

​Warning:​ Monitor complete blood counts (CBC) regularly to avoid excessive leukocytosis. Use with caution in patients with pre-existing splenic enlargement.

과다투여

Excessive use may lead to severe leukocytosis. Treatment is supportive and involves discontinuing the drug or reducing the dose until white blood cell counts normalize.
