작용 기전
Octreotide acts as a synthetic somatostatin analogue. It binds to somatostatin receptors (SSTRs) → inhibits the release of several hormones, including growth hormone (GH), insulin, glucagon, and gastrin, as well as reducing splanchnic blood flow and gastrointestinal motility.
