개요
피리프롤은 페닐피라졸계 구충제로, 반려견의 벼룩 감염(개벼룩, 고양이벼룩) 치료 및 예방과 진드기 예방에 사용됩니다. 스팟온(바르는 약) 형태로 국소 적용합니다.
임상 경고: 고양이에게 사용하지 마십시오. 임신 및 수유 중인 암컷, 8주령 미만 또는 체중 2kg 미만의 개에 대한 안전성은 확립되지 않았습니다.
작용 기전
Pyriprole acts by interacting with ligand-gated (GABA) chloride channels, blocking the pre- and post-synaptic transfer of chloride ions → leading to hyperexcitation of the central nervous system and subsequent death of the parasites.

주의
Do not use on cats. Bathing is not recommended for 48 hours prior to and 24 hours after application. May be harmful to aquatic organisms; prevent access to watercourses. For large dogs, the 5 ml dose should be applied in 2-3 spots. For treatment of flea infestations, the additional use of an approved insect growth regulator is recommended.

지시에 따라 스팟온 용액을 반려견의 피부에 직접 바르십시오. 대형견의 경우 2~3곳에 나누어 바르십시오. 투여 전 48시간 및 투여 후 24시간 동안은 목욕을 시키지 마십시오.
