개요
차아염소산나트륨(pH가 조정된 차아염소산 형태)은 국소 항균 및 상처 치료제입니다. 괴사 조직 제거를 통해 피부와 상처 표면에서 세포 잔해, 노화 세포, 괴사 조직 및 이물질의 기계적 제거를 돕습니다. 광범위한 항균 및 항진균 작용을 합니다. 전통적인 표백제와 달리 현대의 수의학용 차아염소산 제제는 생리학적 범위로 pH가 조정되어 치유 중인 조직에 세포 독성이 없습니다.
작용 기전
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a potent oxidizing agent naturally produced by neutrophils during the oxidative burst.
- Mechanical action: The spray application assists in the physical debridement and flushing of cellular debris and necrotic tissue.
- Antimicrobial action: HOCl → oxidizes sulfhydryl enzymes and amino acids → disrupts bacterial cell walls and biofilms → leads to microbial cell death.

Normal precautions should be observed.
Clinical Pearl: Do not mix with other topical medications, ointments, or cleansers (such as chlorhexidine or silver sulfadiazine) simultaneously, as the oxidative nature of hypochlorous acid may inactivate other active ingredients.
