Warning: Monitor complete blood counts (CBC) regularly to avoid excessive leukocytosis. Use with caution in patients with pre-existing splenic enlargement.

การใช้ยาเกินขนาด
Excessive use may lead to severe leukocytosis. Treatment is supportive and involves discontinuing the drug or reducing the dose until white blood cell counts normalize.
