造血劑 / 群落刺激因子
來格司亭是一種重組人類顆粒球群落刺激因子 (rhG-CSF)。它用於刺激骨髓中白血球（特別是顆粒球）的生成。 **臨床提示：** 在獸醫學中，它主要以仿單標示外使用的方式，用於治療與化療、小病毒感染或特發性嗜中性白血球低下症相關的嚴重、危及生命的嗜中性白血球低下。
作用機制: Activates proliferation and differentiation of **granulocyte progenitor cells** → enhances **granulopoiesis** (production of neutrophils and other granulocytes in the bone marrow).

- Known hypersensitivity to G-CSF products
- Myeloid malignancies (unless specifically indicated)

- Bone pain
- Fever
- Injection site reactions
- Splenomegaly (rare)
- Leukocytosis
監測
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential
- Neutrophil count
- Body temperature
過量
Excessive use may lead to severe leukocytosis. Treatment is supportive and involves discontinuing the drug or reducing the dose until white blood cell counts normalize.
