概覽

次氯酸鈉（以pH值平衡的次氯酸形式存在）是一種局部抗菌和傷口護理劑。它有助於透過清創機械性地清除皮膚和傷口表面的細胞碎片、衰老細胞、壞死組織和異物。它具有廣效的抗菌和抗黴菌作用。與傳統漂白水不同，現代獸醫用次氯酸配方經過pH值平衡，對癒合組織無細胞毒性。

作用機制

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a potent oxidizing agent naturally produced by neutrophils during the oxidative burst.

  • ​Mechanical action:​ The spray application assists in the physical debridement and flushing of cellular debris and necrotic tissue.
  • ​Antimicrobial action:​ HOCl → oxidizes sulfhydryl enzymes and amino acids → disrupts bacterial cell walls and biofilms → leads to microbial cell death.

Normal precautions should be observed.

​Clinical Pearl:​ Do not mix with other topical medications, ointments, or cleansers (such as chlorhexidine or silver sulfadiazine) simultaneously, as the oxidative nature of hypochlorous acid may inactivate other active ingredients.

  • Reduction in signs of local infection (erythema, purulent discharge)
  • Signs of secondary or worsening infection requiring systemic therapy

過量

Overdosage is highly unlikely due to the topical route of administration and the non-toxic, physiological nature of the pH-balanced formulations. Ingestion of small amounts from grooming is generally considered safe.
