破傷風抗毒素
抗毒素 / 免疫血清
破傷風抗毒素是一種抗血清，用於預防有破傷風風險的動物，以及治療早期臨床破傷風。它能中和游離的破傷風毒素，但對已結合神經受體的毒素無效。犬貓感染破傷風的風險極低，因此不建議常規預防。
作用機制: Antibodies in the antiserum bind directly to **tetanus toxin** (tetanospasmin) in the systemic circulation. → Neutralizes free toxin before it can enter the nervous system. → **Cannot** displace or neutralize toxin that has already bound to neural receptors.

- Cats (due to inability to metabolize phenol preservative)

- Anaphylactoid reactions
- Hypersensitivity reactions (especially with repeated doses)
監測
- Signs of anaphylaxis (respiratory distress, hypotension, collapse) immediately post-administration
- Progression or resolution of tetanus clinical signs
