攀唑
抗黴菌藥 (咪唑類)
攀唑是一種局部使用的咪唑類抗黴菌劑，在獸醫皮膚科中常與氯己定（chlorhexidine）合併使用，用於治療**馬拉色菌（Malassezia）**皮炎和皮癬菌病。 > **臨床提示：** 雖然對局部或輕度表面酵母菌感染非常有效，但全身性或嚴重的病例通常需要同時進行全身性抗黴菌治療。攀唑與氯己定的協同作用能對繼發性細菌性膿皮症和酵母菌過度生長提供極佳的廣效覆蓋。
作用機制: Climbazole inhibits **cytochrome P450-dependent 14-alpha-demethylase** → blocks the synthesis of **ergosterol** in fungal cell membranes → causes increased cell wall permeability → allows leakage of cellular contents, ultimately leading to fungal cell death.

- Dermatophyte and Malassezia skin infections · May be applied daily-weekly · topical · daily to weekly · Until clinical resolution · For shampoo formulations 5-10 minutes contact time is required. Additional systemic antifungal treatment may be required in generalized cases.

過量
Systemic overdose is highly unlikely due to the topical route of administration. Accidental ingestion of shampoos or wipes may cause mild, self-limiting gastrointestinal upset (hypersalivation, vomiting, diarrhea).
