概覽

克催瑪汝是一種局部使用的咪唑類抗黴菌藥物，用於治療皮癬菌和酵母菌感染。通常配製成乳膏或溶液，有時會與皮質類固醇結合使用以治療發炎性黴菌性皮膚病。

​臨床提示：​ 在獸醫學中，它通常用於局部的馬拉色菌性皮膚炎或局部皮癬菌症（錢癬）。

作用機轉

Clotrimazole exerts its antifungal effect by inhibiting cytochrome P450-dependent ergosterol synthesis. Ergosterol is a vital component of the fungal cell membrane.

Inhibition of ergosterol synthesis → disruption of fungal cell membrane permeability → leakage of intracellular contents → fungal cell death. It is effective against pathogenic dermatophytes, Aspergillus spp., and yeasts.

  • Hypersensitivity to clotrimazole or other azole antifungals

注意事項

Avoid contact with eyes. Do not allow the animal to lick the treated area immediately after application to prevent ingestion and ensure efficacy.

  • Resolution of clinical signs (pruritus, erythema, alopecia)
  • Fungal culture or cytology to confirm clearance of infection

Minimal systemic absorption following topical application to intact skin.

分佈

Remains primarily in the stratum corneum and superficial layers of the epidermis.

Any systemically absorbed drug is metabolized in the liver.

排除

Excreted primarily via feces and urine (if systemically absorbed).

過量

Overdose is highly unlikely with topical application. Ingestion of large amounts of cream or solution may cause mild gastrointestinal upset (vomiting, hypersalivation, diarrhea).
