同化類固醇
諾龍是一種注射型同化雄性類固醇，在獸醫學中用於促進體重增加、增加紅血球生成以及刺激虛弱動物的食慾。**臨床提示：** 由於有更安全的替代品和嚴格的法規限制，其在小動物臨床上的使用已大幅減少。
作用機制: Binds to **testosterone receptors** (androgen receptors) → stimulates **protein synthesis** and promotes tissue building (anabolism). It also stimulates the production of erythropoietin, leading to increased red blood cell mass.

過量
Overdose may result in exacerbated side effects such as severe fluid retention, hepatotoxicity, and pronounced virilization. Treatment is largely supportive and symptomatic.
