- What is VetSheet?
- VetSheet is a web-based practice tool for veterinary clinics. It lets you record consultations (audio or video), get a transcript with speaker labels, generate SOAP notes from the recording, manage pet patients and their records, use built-in veterinary calculators, and run TeleVet video consultations. Everything is in one workspace so you can move from recording to notes to patient records without switching tools.
- How does billing work?
- We bill by recording minutes. Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. When you process a consultation (transcription and SOAP generation), the duration of the audio or video counts toward your monthly allowance. If you exceed the included minutes, additional minutes are charged at a per-minute rate. See the Pricing page for plan details and overage rates.
- Is my data secure?
- We take data security seriously. Consultation recordings and transcripts are processed via secure infrastructure. Access to the application is authenticated, and we follow practices appropriate for handling clinical and practice data. For specific compliance or data residency requirements, please contact us.
- What languages are supported?
- The VetSheet interface is available in many languages, including English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Malay, Indonesian and Vietnamese. Transcription can handle multiple languages in the same recording, and you can choose the output language for SOAP notes. If you need a language that is not listed, contact us.
- How do I get started?
- Go to the Medical Scribe (Cases) screen from the sidebar. You can start a new recording from your microphone, or upload an existing audio or video file. After the file is uploaded, run transcription to get a transcript, then generate SOAP notes. You can create and link patients from the Patients screen.
